By signing below, I agree to the above statement and authorize Jannah Jabbar’s Management to prepare all necessary forms related to my tax return. I also grant permission for the company to apply for and secure Refund Anticipation Checks (RACs) and Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs) on my behalf, to sign all required documents, and to electronically file my return.
